Specifications include, but are not limited to: Said Proposal shall include all labor, tools, implements, machinery, materials, and any incidentals necessary to complete the work in the manner and time prescribed, and in strict conformity with the Contract Documents to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. In general, the major work items include: Reconstruction of the Edison and University Lift Stations on the City of Reno's wastewater collection system. Reconstruction work includes bypass pumping, dewatering, demolition, new wet wells, valve vaults, electrical equipment, pumps, mechanical piping, emergency pump connection, flow meters, force main, collection system tie-in with gravity manholes, trenching, paving, new water service, electrical service upgrades, SCADA equipment, generators, site piping and miscellaneous site improvements such as paving, fencing, concrete, lighting, and other miscellaneous work as outlined in the plans and specifications.
