Specifications include, but are not limited to: Remove and Replace 3 HVAC Roof Top Units (RTU’s) at the Gatesville Maneuver Area Training Equipment Site (MATES) location in accordance with the Specifications and Statement of Work (SOW) described in IFB TMD22-FMO0025743 SECTION C.2 SPECIFICATIONS AND STATEMENT OF WORK: RTU 3 Remove existing Roof Top 4 Ton Unit: Lennox Manufacturer Number LGC072S4BS1G Serial Number 5606M06710 and Curb Adaptor. Replace with new Curb Adaptor and (RTU 16 SEER Minimum unit with Natural Gas heat with equal, or better, performance characteristics of heat. RTU 4 Remove existing Roof Top 5 Ton Unit: Lennox Manufacturer Number LGA048H4BS3G Serial Number 5606M06546 and Curb Adaptor. Replace with new Curb Adaptor and (RTU 16 SEER Minimum unit with Natural Gas heat with equal, or better, performance characteristics of heat. RTU 5 Remove existing Roof Top 6 Ton Unit: Lennox Manufacturer Number LGA060H4BS5G Serial Number 5606M10020 and Curb Adaptor. Replace with new Curb Adaptor and (RTU 16 SEER Minimum unit with Natural Gas heat with equal, or better, performance characteristics of heat.
