Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1.1.Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete to provide window washing services at the Waterbury State Office Complex. We have broken the window washing up into five different buildings. A map of the complex is included with this Request for Proposal. (Site Map Included); 2.1.1.1. The Public Safety Building; 2.1.1.2. “A” Building with connectors to “F” and “D” Buildings; 2.1.1.3. “H” Building which includes “F”, “G”, “H”, and “E” and the connector between “F” and “E” and the connector between “E” and “D”.; 2.1.1.4. “B” Building which includes “C” and “D” buildings.; 2.1.1.5. The Weeks Building; 2.1.2.Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete window washing services at The Vermont Health Lab at 359 South Park Drive in Colchester, VT.; 2.1.3.Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete window washing services at the Edward J Costello Courthouse at 32 Cherry Street in Burlington, VT.; 2.1.4.Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete window washing services at Caledonia Superior Courthouse at 1126 Main Street in St. Johnsbury, VT.; 2.1.5.Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete window washing services at the Emory Hebard State Office Building at 100 Main Street in Newport, VT.; 2.1.6.Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete window washing services at the Springfield State Office Building at 100 Mineral St. in Springfield, VT.; 2.1.7.Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete window washing services at the Windham Superior Courthouse at 30 Putney Rd. in Brattleboro, VT.; 2.1.8. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete window washing services at the Rutland Superior Courthouse at 9 Merchants Row in Rutland, VT.; 2.1.9. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete window washing services at the Addison Superior Courthouse at 7 Mahady Ct. in Middlebury, VT.; 2.1.10. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to satisfactorily complete window washing services at the Bennington State Office Building at 324 Main Street in Bennington, VT.
