Specifications include, but are not limited to: i) A quantity of one (1) LiveScan Fingerprint System equipped with the accepted standard Arkansas State Police (ASP) software and workflows as outlined herein: ASP AFIS, FBI IAFIS/NGI EBTS and ANSI/NIST image standards; ii) The Livescan solution must have the ability to provide digital image capture of upper, lower and writer’s palms, slaps and rolls.; iii) The Livescan solution must have the ability to provide Mug photo Capture.; iv) The Livescan solution must have the ability to provide full compliance with ASP AFIS, FBI IAFIS/NGI EBTS and ANSI/NIST image standards.; v) The Livescan solution must have the ability to provide automatic fingerprint sequencing and duplicate print checking before scanning is completed ensuring data integrity.; vi) The Livescan solution must have the ability to provide quick check, review, and edit can be performed on each print.; vii) The Livescan solution must have the ability to provide all Livescan configurations to include on-site installation, training and 1 Year On-site Warranty.
