Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide services for HIV Mental Health Peer Support, HIV Mental Health and Early Intervention Services. 1. Services must be coordinated with all other Ryan White-funded programs. Programs must have established relationships with other HIV service providers in the Portland TGA, specifically with HIV medical care providers and HIV medical case management organizations in order to coordinate services with clients’ primary medical and case management providers. The proposed program may be co-located with other Ryan White service providers and/or HIV medical providers, as well as offered at the proposer’s site(s). 2. The proposed program will be accessible to cultural and linguistic minorities, sexual minorities, gender minorities, women, youth and children, people with mental illness, people who use drugs/alcohol and people who are houseless. The proposed program will have or has plans to build culturally and linguistically appropriate staff/volunteers to effectively serve the client population. 3. Proposed program must include an outreach plan that is designed to make potential clients and referral sources aware of the proposed services and this plan must include specific well-defined activities consistent with knowledge of the specific target population.
