Specifications include, but are not limited to: Plymouth State University is soliciting Construction Management Services to provide multi-year renovations for Hyde Hall. The scope of these renovations will include, but may not be limited to, the following: - Interior Renovations Throughout - Life Safety and Building Code Upgrades - Bathrooms - Roof Replacement - Elevator - Fire Alarm - Fire Suppression System - Mechanical Room - Hazardous Materials Abatement - Extensive Renovations to Existing Utility Infrastructure (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) This project will be executed under a construction management form of delivery. Architectural and Engineering Services have been solicited and selected through a separate process.
