Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Removal of graffiti from private property; • Abatement of overgrown vegetation, weeds or dead vegetation to include, but not limited to: trimming limbs that hang over sidewalks or other paths of travel, tall grass, high weeds and shrubs; • Clean up and removal of junk, trash and debris to include but not limited to: garbage, furniture, discarded metal, vehicle parts, appliances, waste oil, batteries or similar materials; • Cleanup and removal of heavy construction or demolition materials, to include but not limited to: concrete, soil, metal rebar, wood and other miscellaneous construction debris; • Boarding up vacant unsecured structures: to include, but not limited to: structural boarding consistent with city requirements. Use of wood boarding or alternative materials that is approved prior to work commencing, as directed, on vacant or damaged structure.
