Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work to include, but not limited to capturing a comprehensive site survey, providing ADA compliant sidewalk design, ROW base mapping and platting, and the production of plans and specifications through final PS&E.; This project will include, field scoping, survey, analysis, preliminary and final design and ROW mapping: • Sidewalks; • Curb and Gutter; • Curb Ramps; • Approaches and Shoulder Work; • Electrical Design of Signalized Pedestrian Crossings; • Phasing and Temporary Traffic Control; • Grading, Ditching, and Earthwork (as needed); • Drainage (if needed); • Production of Plans, Cross-Sections, Specifications, Estimates, and Other Deliverables; • Geotechnical work to be provided by the Department; • Environmental Document and related Permits and outreach to be provided by the Department
