Specifications include, but are not limited to: Provide alternatives for mitigating the continued erosion at the oxbow on the side channel. At a minimum, alternatives should include elimination of the oxbow by straightening the channel and filling the oxbow; installing some structural erosion protection either to the stream bank, or between the bank and the right of way to safeguard the integrity of the road. ; Provide alternatives to eliminate water from entering Boylan Road and instead keep it in the open space north of the street until it reaches the culverts near the oxbow.; Work with the Montana Fish, Wildlife and Parks, DNRC, Montana Department of Environmental Quality, Army Corps of Engineer's, and the City floodplain administrator to obtain all necessary permits for the selected alternatives.
