Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Hot Springs, Arkansas, is seeking proposals for a contractor to provide Manhole and Pump Station Wet Well Rehabilitation under a Term Contract on an as needed basis. This Request for Proposals (RFP) contains all the information necessary to prepare and submit a proposal. Prospective proposers are advised to study this RFP completely and follow the instructions exactly. The contract resulting from this RFP will be for one (1) year with the option of four (4) twelve (12) months extensions upon mutual agreement with the contractor and the City. The City reserves the right to cancel the contract with a thirty (30) day written notice. There are approximately 10,000 sanitary sewer concrete manholes and 84 sanitary sewer concrete pump station wet wells within the City of Hot Springs Wastewater system that have deteriorated over time. The intent of the proposal is to initiate a contract with a company willing to come on an as needed basis to provide and install a monolithic multi-layer/component concrete manhole/wet well system to prevent infiltration and provide corrosion control as a means of rehabbing and repairing the structures.
