Specifications include, but are not limited to: Task 1; New Equipment & Timeline: 1.1 Furnish new 500k BTU Lochinvar M-13 boiler or equivalent; 1.2 Furnish new Trane AHU Model UCCA With unit mounted VFD or equivalent; 1.3 Furnish new Trane condensing unit or equivalent; Task 2, Existing Equipment Removal: 2.1 100% new equipment must be in contractor's possession prior to start of project; 2.2 Disconnect and removal of Existing HVAC equipment and piping; 2.3 Disconnect and removal of existing KCS building management system; Task 3; Installation of new equipment & Startup: 3.1 Install new 500k BTU Lochnivar M-13 boiler or equivalent; 3.2 Install new Trane AHU Model UCCA With unit mounted VFD or equivalent; 3.3 Install new building management system and all required components of operation
