Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide to the Department of California Highway Patrol (CHP), FleetOperationsSection, including all detached out buildings, the services described herein:furnish all supplies, materials, tools, equipment, labor, personnel, and supervision; pay all taxes,insurance, bonds, license and permit fees, and all other direct and indirect costs necessary toprovide semi-annual (twice yearly)Roof Maintenance Services; A.Remove all debris from roof surface.B.Photograph and document any deficiencies on the Roof Inspection Checklist, Exhibit A-2.C.Immediately notify the CHP Facilities Coordinator of all deficiencies.D.Inspect interior of building for signs of water penetration, frost build-up, and structuraldistress. The CHP on-site contact will walk the facility with the Contractor.E.Inspect exterior of building for continuity of roof covering, deterioration of fascia’s, gutters,and soffits, and performance of flashings.
