Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock is seeking a qualified vendor, or joint-venture vendors, to expeditiously perform professional fencing installation and related services at the Arkansas State Fairgrounds. A. Complete removal and disposal of approximately 372 linear feet of existing chain link fencing. B. Custom Iron & Brick Column Entryway. 1. Furnish and install two (2) 9’ x 9’ x 18” rebar reinforced concrete footings. 2. Furnish and install two (2) 10” x 10” steel tube columns. 3. Furnish and install one (1) custom steel overhead archway with aluminum letters. 4. Furnish and install five (5) aluminum flag poles. 5. Form two (2) CMU/brick columns with precast caps around 10” x 10” steel posts. a. New entryway to match existing entryway. b. All steel framework to be primed and painted black. C. Ornamental Steel Fence & Gates 1. Furnish and install approximately 762 linear feet of 6’ tall 3-rail smooth top ornamental steel fence. a. Ornamental steel fence to match existing on site. 2. Furnish and install one (1) 6’ tall x 14’ wide double swing ornamental steel gate. 3. Furnish and install one (1) 6’ tall x 30’ wide cantilever slide ornamental steel gate. D. Automatic Gate Operator System 1. Furnish and install one (1) automatic slide gate operator system at new 30’ wide cantilever slide gate, including: a. One (1) Slide Gate Operator b. One (1) Telephone Entry System c. One (1) Architectural Style Pedestal d. Four (4) 6” Concrete-Filled Bollards e. One (1) Free Exit f. One (1) Fire Department Lock Box g. All required safety features to meet UL325 compliance
