Specifications include, but are not limited to: Region 14 ESC on behalf of itself and all states, local governments, school districts, and higher education institutions in the United States of America, and other government agencies and nonprofit organizations (herein “Public Agency” or collectively “Public Agencies”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors to enter into a Master Agreement for a complete line of Affiliate Compliance Management. Compliance management for affiliates for the construction, facility services, product solutions and other goods and services used in the building, owning, operating, maintenance, and management of it’s business, infrastructure and facilities. ¨ Region 14 ESC, as the lead public agency, has partnered with NCPA to make the resultant contract available to all participating agencies in the United States. NCPA provides marketing and administrative support for the awarded vendor that promotes the successful vendor’s products and services to Public Agencies nationwide. The Vendor will execute the NCPA Administration Agreement (Tab 2) upon award. Vendor should thoroughly review all documents and note any exceptions to NCPA terms and conditions in their proposal.
