Specifications include, but are not limited to: Scaffolding Services A. The Contractor shall have the ability to transport, supply, erect, and dismantle scaffolding in various locations and settings (ex: outside, inside, and stairs). B. Scaffolds shall be designed and constructed by qualified personal, presented to Contract Administrator for review and approval before any work is scheduled. C. All scaffolding being erected and dismantled will follow OSHA general requirements and be scheduled around the safety of staff and visitors in the building space. Work will be schedule to provide the least amount of impact to space during normal business hours. D. Prior to installation, the Contractor will meet with Contract Administrator at desired location of scaffolding to discuss any logistic issues. E. The Contractor shall perform a site visit, and a safety inspection of the scaffolding every 30 days in an indoor location while the rental equipment is in use for a project. Contractor will inform Contract Administrator of any concerns upon inspection. F. Contractor shall perform a site visit, and a safety inspection of the scaffolding every 30 days in an outdoor location, but Contractor may be called if scaffolding is in an inclement weather situation (ex: hail, high winds, heavy snow). If damage is caused by inclement weather, Contractor will bill Washington County on time and material basis for repair to existing equipment to allow continued use for project.
