Specifications include, but are not limited to: A vendor to design and create a geospatial data warehouse and data integration platform from various systems of record throughout the DEPARTMENT. In addition, to create commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) applications that utilize the data warehouse and integration platforms while leveraging the DEPARTMENT’s existing Microsoft Azure infrastructure. The Geospatial Data Warehouse must include a library of flexible tools to support and leverage. x Create a comprehensive asset data dictionary for use in the geospatial data warehouse x Create a COTS based workbench for Extract, Transform & Load (ETL’s) designed for geospatial data using drag and drop methods for creating data transformations. x Create ETL jobs, schedules, monitoring tools and notifications. Provide the ability to stop, start, or rerun ETL jobs. x Create a centralized geospatial data sharing platform. x Create a data catalog of unstructured DEPARTMENT data and link to geospatial data where possible. x Design the data warehouse and integration platforms so that schema changes can be made without impacting existing applications and systems
