Specifications include, but are not limited to: Linear grading and/or road reconditing is required on the following Forest Service roads Forest Road Number/Name Miles of Work FSR 1085/Cascade Creek Road 0.120 miles FSR 1203/Placer Creek Road 2.177 miles FSR 1240/Battle Mountain Access Road 2.300 miles FSR 1243/Old Trail Creek Road 1.560 miles Specific work items are detailed below in the Road Log Work Description table. General work items include: road widening, road crowning, ditch reconditioning, culvert installation, removal of rubber water diverters, turnout construction, drain dip construction, filling potholes and clearing and grubbing. Additionally, 40 CY of ¾” minus and up to 350 CY of fill will need to be brought in from outside the project area. There are four (4) wet site culvert installations in the project. A 124 Permit has been issued for these sites and the Contract Supervisor must be present for this work. The contractor will be required to post traffic control signs at the entrance to the project area and along roads with active construction.
