Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide a Topographic Survey, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Hydraulic Analysis, Utility Coordination, Design Plans and Construction Phase Services. Tree clearing is also anticipated. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations Historical/Architectural Investigations, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, Engineering and Staking), Title Research if these work-types become necessary.
