Specifications include, but are not limited to: The selected firm shall provide grant writing services for INDOT pursuing grants that are available through the US DOT grant program consisting of Infrastructure for Rebuilding America (INFRA), Advanced Transportation and Congestion Management Technologies Deployment (ATCMTD), RAISE and others that the agency may qualify for under National Infrastructure Investments on an as-needed basis. INDOT anticipates submitting greater that 15 grants during the contract period for these services. Additionally, the selected firm may be directed to provide grant writing review services for grant proposals developed by other parties, though that service is expected to be a minor part of the overall contract, if at all. Interested respondents to this RFP item shall detail in the Letter of Interest (LOI) submittal the expected level of effort to produce typical federal grant applications
