Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work will consist of plumbing maintenance services that includes, but is not limited to the repair, replacement or alterations of various plumbing equipment as needed for all of Campbell County Schools. Any other similar problems and emergency situations.; The Contractor shall diagnose the problem plus determine what caused the damage to the system. It will be his responsibility to correct the condition that caused the damage before installing the rebuilt/repaired/part. The make, model and size plus any other information must be noted and if there is a need for a replacement part the exact same type part shall be reinstalled. Also, there might be in some cases, a need to “redesign” the system to make more reasonable repairs from a cost savings point of view. All measures must be taken to ensure that costs will be kept to a minimum.; The successful Contractor(s) shall be excused from performing hereunder during the time and to the extent that they are prevented from obtaining, delivering or performing in the customary way because of fire, strike, partial or total interruption of, loss or shortage of transportation facilities, lockout, commandeering of raw materials, products, plants or facilities by the government when satisfactory evidence thereof is presented to the other party, providing it is satisfactorily established that the non-performance is not due to the fault or negligence of the party not performing.
