Must be 100 % high tenacity polyester. Must be 1000 denier. Must weigh a minimum of 5.7 ounces per square yard; maximum 6.1ounces per square yard. Construction must be 3.5 x 4.6 courses per inch, hole 3/16” to ¼”, Instron burst 160 pounds per square inch, thickness of 0.045”. Allowable shrinkage shall be 1%, heat set up to 400 degrees. Packaging must be in rolls of 125 to 150 yards each, wrapped in plastic, 60” to 62” wide rolls, and on skids. Bid is for laundry bag mesh fabric, not finished bags. Must be Med Firm Finish.
