Specifications include, but are not limited to: Graphic Panels: shall be fiberglass embed and shall provide high-quality color and image reproduction.; Graphic panels shall be 36" wide and 24" tall.; shall require little or no regular maintenance. Graphic Panel must be able to withstand outdoor environmental conditions, including excessive heat, freezing temperatures and UV light, without fading, cracking, peeling, or delaminating, or otherwise deteriorating.; Traditional Low-Profile Frame: The framing shall be the Traditional Low-Profile Frame style. Minor variations in frame dimensions and panel frame design shown in Exhibit 2 are acceptable if the proposed frame base and panel frame adequately house the 36" x 24" Graphic Panel; The Traditional Low-Profile Frames style is defined by having two support posts which connect to the exterior of the panel frame at the center point of the panel frame.
