Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Mesa Renovation / Remodel Project is anticipated to provide a wide range of interior and exterior upgrades, enhancements, and improvements necessary to support the University’s academic mission. The work scope throughout the building will include replacement of ceilings, light fixtures, HVAC supply registers / return air grills, flooring, paint, and wall coverings. Electrical distribution and emergency power systems, building controls / automation, mechanical / plumbing systems, low voltage systems and one new elevator are also required of the Project. Within the 317,000 GSF +/-, is up to 80,000 GSF +/- of select demolition, salvage and reconfiguration of classrooms, offices, and ancillary spaces necessary for maximizing efficiencies, increasing operational reliability, and providing improved work environments
