RFQ Amended on 2/5/2021 to extend closing date to 2/15/2021
RFQ Amended on 2/4/2021. Amended to add the following shipping instructios to Section F of RFQ:
For ease of receipt and payment procedures, in lieu of one bulk delivery, please stagger deliveries as CLINS become available. This will allow for shorter inspection time frames and partial payments as CLINS are received and accepted.
Cap Screws. See attached Formal Request for Quotation SPMYM3-21-Q-7014.
NOTE Due to the size of the fle containing the associated Exhibits, Exhibits will be provided seperately via e-mail upon vendor request.
A valid DD Form 2345 along with a signed Security Agreement is required to receive the associated drawings.
The Security Agreeement is provided as an attachment.
