Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2 Propane furnaces 80% AFUE 125,000 BTU’s, 2 Propane conversion kits, all necessary electrical work, all necessary sheet metal work, all necessary gas piping, all necessary venting material to connect to chimney liner, Stainless chimney liner, all remove and dispose of existing equipment, labor. Installation of stainless steel chimney liner. All necessary permits, insurance, including, but not limited to liability and workers’ compensation policies are the sole responsibility of the Contractor. The Contractor shall be in compliance with federal law and the laws of the State of Rhode Island. The Contractor must provide surety bond prior to the start of any work related to this RFP, of not less than the cost of materials plus labor for the completion of all work described herein.
