Specifications include, but are not limited to: software as a service (SaaS) single-source solution that encompasses all activities related to scholarship management such as application management, payment, communication, reporting and data storage for the NDUSFAO and optionally for the eleven (11) NDUS institutions should they choose to procure a solution utilizing a cooperative purchasing agreement.; Must be able to accept data file import with multiple user-defined data points to update student record, at multiple points in the scholarship lifecycle. For example, cumulative GPA, current enrollment, and biographical information.; Must be able to export data from Scholarship system via flat file for import or use in other systems. For example, exporting recipient information or full list of scholarship opportunities in the database.; Ability to perform an advanced search within the system to locate a contact (First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone Number, DOB, etc.).; Easily identify new applicants and changes to existing applicants. For example, students who transfer to a different institution.; The solution allows agency staff to customize the set-up of new programs and transition from one year to the next without the need for vendor or programmer involvement. ; Capability of sending/storing customized communications from system to various groups - applicants, recipients, donors, evaluators, and institutions - and automate when necessary. ; Ability to provide the agency users with audit reports of relevant log information. Information must include, but not be limited to, who logged into the system, what information was accessed, what changes were made, and the date/time changes were made. Ability to capture analytic data such as read rates on communications, login attempts, and incomplete applications. ; Text messaging communication is often the preferred method for students to receive notifications; some campuses currently use third-party texting applications to communicate with students; Ability to track incomplete requirements and communicate with applicant as needed; Admins can easily identify incomplete applications and those items that are missing.
