Specifications include, but are not limited to: Plaster removal repair and painting Cover and protect flooring and seating Wall and Plaster repairs: Remove all damaged areas, upstairs and downstairs, make repairs to blend in, retexture and prime for paint. Repair damaged ceiling and paint to match rest of area. Apply two coats of flat latex. (Color to be selected by City) Paint wood work with a satin paint. (Color to be selected by City) Front of stage to be painted with one coat of flat black. No work on stage floor All materials and labor will be provide by the contractor to complete the project. All work will be done in a workmanlike manner and will be inspected by the City. Contractor will keep the project job site clean and will leave the job site in a clean and neat manner.
