Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Due to this unique funding requirement, Public Works is requesting the Chief Procurement Officer to procure the services of Tierra Contenta Corporation through sole source for the following reasons: a) Competitive solicitation via RFPs is not applicable because Tierra Contenta Corporation owns the Tierra Contenta Development Master Plan, which the engineering design of the project must be based on; and b) Tierra Contenta Corporation, a 501 (c)3 independent community non-profit corporation was founded in 1994 for the sole purpose of owning, planning, managing, devising and implementing the Master Plan for Tierra Contenta Land Development. There is no other organization in the State or Country that has the same purpose as the Tierra Contenta Corporation.
