Specifications include, but are not limited to: Option A: 30,000 SF of heated garage space and a one (1) acre additional footprint for equipment storage or, Option B: 75,000 SF or heated garage space and a one (1) acre additional footprint for equipment and materials storage. The option chosen will depend upon RIDOT’s decision to consolidate its maintenance equipment and personnel to a new location. In either case, other special requirements will include: 1,500 SF of air-conditioned office space, clear span interior (garage) construction; 800 SF of training/breakroom space; overhead garage doorways measuring a minimum of 12’ in width and 14’ in height; Available by January 1, 2023. Proposed site must have available all major utilities and municipal services (electric, gas, sewer, water, trash removal, etc.)
