Specifications include, but are not limited to: A. Provide prompt and reliable customer service to City employees.B. Fully administer the required brokerage and TPA services via paperand/or automated, streamlined processes.C. Provide annual open enrollment support, including on-site meetings,scheduled with and through Human Resources. D. Provide enrollment meetings and support for new-hires and on an as-needed and as-requested basis.E. Provide line item fee schedules (as applicable) for all proposed services.F. Provide renewal calendars and action plans for enrollment plans.G. Provide benefit plan advice, counsel and resources to employees anddependents.H. Provide, when requested, detailed reports regarding claims, utilization,and charges, including, if appropriate, charges for work as our TPA, on allbenefits.I.Assist in communication campaigns regarding insurance education andwellness.J. Annually dminister RFPs for all insurance products and other benefitservices.
