Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope and services for this project will include: Evaluate methods to enhance lagoon solids capture to improve the land application process and flexibility Evaluate the current and potential methods for cost savings associated with hauling and land application, to include revenue producing opportunities Evaluate solids processing and transportation via trucking from Little Maumelle Water Reclamation Facility (LMWRF) to Fourche Creek Water Reclamation Facility (FCWRF) Evaluate options for receiving LMWRF hauled solids at FCWRF in incorporation to the digester feed system Evaluate the existing conveyance system for transporting solids from Adams Field Water Reclamation Facility (AFWRF) to FCWRF Provide an opinion considering future biosolids regulations and how to plan for these future regulations Contract may be amended to include design, bidding, and construction phase services
