This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; a written solicitation will not be issued.
The NAICS code is 541512. The small business size standard is 30 million. The Government intends to negotiate and award the resultant contract on a SOLE SOURCE basis to Activu Corporation in accordance with both FAR 6.302-1. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. The requirement is sole sourced to Activu Corporation due to internal copyright issues, proprietary software distribution, and availability of replacement parts. This requirement is for a fixed price contract for Activu Video Display System preventative maintenance at Portsmouth Naval Shipyard. The period of performance is 1/25/2021 – 1/24/2022 and three Option years. The contract will be awarded using simplified acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR part 13.
