Monday – Friday; 7:00am – 4:00pm. • Receipt of equipment at local installer’s office. • Uncrate and deliver on agreed date and time. • Assemble rack oven in existing location. • Perform startup Plumbing/HVAC • Modify the gas piping as required furnishing 10 feet of 1 1/2” pipe upstream of the unit gas valve and reconnect the new oven. • Furnish and install one new gas regulator • Furnish and install one water line to the new unit. • Furnish and install one new condensate pump. • Furnish and install one drain line from the existing unit to the pump, then to the existing floor sink. • Provide plumbing permits as required. • Furnish and install new venting as required. • Furnish and install fire wrap on the vent piping. • Reuse the existing exhaust fan system. • Provide HVAC permits as required. • Verify airflow of the existing fan. Electrical • Extend and connect two 20‐amp 3‐phase 208‐volt heating circuits and two 20‐amp 120‐volt control circuits (installed by others) to new OVG ovens. • Owner to have correct circuit breakers in place @ time of installation. • Provide two 4‐pole service disconnect switches.
