Specifications include, but are not limited to: West Virginia University on behalf of its Board of Governors (“BOG”) located in Morgantown, West Virginia (“WVU” or “University”) is initiating this Request for Bids (“RFB”) from qualified, experienced, and licensed Contractors to achieve a turn-key repair of failed pipe anchors along the PRT guideway, as detailed in the attached drawings and specifications. Any peripheral equipment damaged or removed as a part of construction activities (i.e., surrounding concrete, piping, insulation, fencing, etc.), must be replaced in kind by the Contractor, in a manner approved by the Owner. The Contractor must secure the construction area following each day’s work and shall report the beginning and end of the workday to the PRT maintenance shop.
