Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional Services for Library Public Policy Training and Development The Delaware Division of Libraries, on behalf of the Delaware Library Association, Friends of Delaware Libraries, and Delaware Library Consortium, is seeking professional services expertise in state, national, and international library public policy and in library coalition building to provide guidance and coaching throughout the year. ; ofessional Services to conduct policy-focused research, consulting, and technical assistance to further develop library public policy on local, state, and federal matters. Professional Services to provide guidance for public library boards, local, county, and statewide, for strategic, tactical, and financial feasibility and modeling in multiple scenarios.
