Specifications include, but are not limited to: On a quarterly basis the Contractor shall perform maintenance, including changing filters, fan belts, water treatment chemicals, compressor oil, cleaning rags, oil, grease, and refrigerant, etc. During the bid walk, vendors must inspect the equipment and verify the list of equipment to be serviced and maintained according to the manufacturer’s specifications. Contractor shall inspect all duct work throughout facility for leaks and loose insulation. Contractor must field verify the make, model, serial number and CHP identification number of the equipment within 30 days of the first quarterly service and notify the CHP Facilities Coordinator if there is a discrepancy.
