BUILDING SPECS/COMPLETE CONSTRUCTION TURN KEY UNITS Proposer(s) must Provide SWA Corporation with the best offer to design build for four (4) 4-bedroom Conventional Homeownership House and (1) three-bedroom Conventional Homeownership House with conventional floor plan.
