Specifications include, but are not limited to: Vendor will offer workflow, scanning, indexing, tracking, data repository and real time retrieval capabilities. Vendor will offer indexing and repository solutions including but not limited to barcode scanning, Optical Character Recognition (OCR), Intelligent Character Recognition (ICR) and cloud-based or on-premises storage. Vendor will create output files for Sales & Use Tax (SUT), Business Use Tax (BUS), Commerce and Modified Business Tax (MBT) tax returns and payments following specified file layouts. Vendor will manage multiple document requirements with differing retention schedules. Vendor will provide security for repository scanning and securing data to comply with applicable statutory requirements, State Information Security Standards, (National Institute of Standards & Technology (NIST) Moderate-Impact Security Baseline, and Center for Internet Security (CIS) Controls Implementation Group 3 (IG3) controls.
