Specifications include, but are not limited to: An offeror to act as a project manager for the upcoming unwinding of the Coronavirus public health emergency (PHE) as it relates to Medicaid eligibility. Project management deliverables include: Create a comprehensive project plan (plan components listed below on this page) that includes timelines, deliverables, and milestones. Identify subject matter experts to be accountable for parts of the plan and establish workstreams to implement the plan. Ensure the workstreams are meeting regularly and deliverables are being met. Inform STATE of project status, risks, etc. on a routine basis. Convene workstream meetings and organize all documents and materials produced by workstreams. Deliver a final report in PowerPoint to describe all work conducted.
