Specifications include, but are not limited to: Burlington International Airport (BTV) is seeking proposals from contractors to replace the lighting and lighting controls within the Parking Garage. The existing garage lighting and controls are original to its 1997 construction and 2009 addition. The luminaires are failing, and the Owner would like to replace luminaires with those with LED light source, along with adding automatic lighting controls to reduce light levels when there is no occupancy or there is adequate daylight. The project will include replacement of all lighting in conditioned and unconditioned interior spaces (elevator lobbies, stair towers, utility spaces, etc.) and the replacement of controls in those spaces with automatic controls. The existing garage interior lighting will be replaced in its entirety, along with adding pole mounted luminaires at the entrance to the garage where light levels at the ticket kiosks are too low.
