Specifications include, but are not limited to: construction of a new concrete foundation for a BTEK scale; • Construct a truck scale foundation to support a 70’ x 11’ custom BTEK Hybris with 1/4” Steel Deck, 270,000lb capacity, 3 Modules 8 load cells (77K each NTEP Cert, 100,000 CLC RATING). • Respondent will construct a haul road from the existing wooden guard rail heading south up to the existing dwelling to accomplish Work. This haul road will be in approximate location of the new access road to be built by others. • At minimum, concrete of 4,000 psi compressive strength and #4 rebar (1/2” diameter) are required. • Furnish and install (4) new concrete piers, (3) individual wash out slabs, and (2) approach slabs as per BTEK FDN plan and conduit sketch, provided by Farnham Scales, included as Attachment A. • Piers must be level and in the same plans within +/- 1/8” • Excavated on-site material from scale will be used for backfilling and compaction around piers and under wash out slabs and approach slab/s up to subgrade elevation. • Approach slabs will rest on 24” of gravel subbase materials supplied and installed by respondent. • Unused spoil or excess excavated material (if any) is to remain stockpiled on site or trucked to the adjoining Green Mountain Compost property as directed by the District. • Respondent will restore our disturbed site/access areas only that are outside the future site SOW immediately following by others. The haul road will be removed/excavated by others as part of their site SOW.
