Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Texas Education Agency (TEA) is seeking responses to provide internal auditing services in order to comply with Texas Government Code, Chapter 2102, of the Texas Internal Auditing Act. The internal auditing services will include independent, objective assurance and consulting activities designed to add value and improve organizational operations for Texas Council for Developmental Disabilities (TCDD). The auditing services will help TCDD accomplish its objectives by bringing a systematic, disciplined approach to evaluate and improve the effectiveness of risk management, control and governance processes. The internal auditing services required will primarily include performance auditing and compliance auditing with some consulting service, and potentially some financial-related auditing
