Specifications include, but are not limited to: McFarland Hall, Section A-1 (EPDM adhered roof replacement, approximately 12 SQ) • Set up safety per OSHA requirements • Remove existing roof system down to existing insulation • Reuse existing insulation and replace wet and deteriorated insulation (provide additional cost below). • Install new ½” coverboard and securely fasten to decking. • Install new EPDM 60 mil. adhered membrane per manufacturer’s requirements. • Install all associated membrane flashings per manufacturer’s requirements. • Fabricate and install new 24-gauge, prefinished counterflashing, cap metal, scuppers, and downspouts (standard color). • Provide manufacturer’s 10-year warranty. (Excludes: mechanical/electrical, snow removal, wood blocking/sheathing unless specifically provide for above, building permit). Mythaler Hall- per annual inspection report • Remove deteriorated perimeter flashings on East and West walls. • Supply and install new membrane extension to go over top of wall. • Replace two (2) pipe boots. • Make repairs to holes in curb flashings. • Reflash one (1) curb.
