Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Removal of existing portions of damaged plaster in walls and ceiling; 2. Removal of existing portions of damaged architectural woodwork such as trims, baseboards and wainscots; 3. Removal of existing portions of damaged wood floors in preparation for wood floor restoration and/or new wood flooring. 4. Removal of existing acoustical blanket and fabric ceiling panels; 5. Retain in place and protect wood decorative beams in Courtroom ceiling; 6. Retain and protect metal medallion and ornamental metal cornice in Courtroom Ceiling; 7. Remove above-ceiling audio speaker equipment; deliver to Owner. 8. Dismantle or remove HVAC equipment and salvage for refinishing and reinstallation; 9. Dismantle light fixtures and salvage for reinstallation; 10. Remove damaged areas of gypsum board ceilings. 11. Remove carpet and any associated pad and attachment devices in Room 112; deliver to Owner
