Specifications include, but are not limited to: provide speech therapy (consult and direct) and evaluations to students with disabilities who ARDC deems appropriate. The District seeks qualified and licensed speech therapy service providers to implement children’s speech therapy individualized educational plans, conduct evaluations/eligibility per District and Federal Educational guidelines, and attend meetings with multi-disciplinary teams to discuss such services. Speech providers must follow District standards for assessment/evaluation/eligibility and if eligible, develop individualized educational plans for those students eligible for services. Speech provider must comply with timeline for services per federal law. Completed evaluations and documentation must be submitted prior to billing.
