Specifications include, but are not limited to: Pilot Implementation: Technical support, coaching and program management for three high school sites. Curriculum, classroom, and marketing support for two incubator sites. Curriculum & Professional Development: Design and delivery of syllabi, pacing guides, skills sets, and unit/lesson designs for ESHIP 3-4 courses. Adaption of ESHIP 1-4 courses as determined by pilot feedback/evaluation. Delivery of professional development workshop in July 2022; ongoing support during academic year. Development of virtual professional development opportunities for pathways educators. Ecosystem Development & Sustainability: Coordination and program management of the design team (WVU, Marshall, WVDE) Ongoing partnership development with key stakeholders throughout WV and nationally Ongoing resource development and sustainability planning.
