Specifications include, but are not limited to: The YTS and YRBS will be administered to a stratified, selected sample of students in accordance with WESTAT/CDC protocol to achieve statewide, weighted data. The YRBS will be administered to all other middle and high schools in the state of North Dakota that wish to participate. These schools will be referred to as volunteer schools. The vendor is responsible to survey up to 240 high school and middle school buildings (both selected and/or voluntary) for the 2023 YRBS project. For the 2021 YRBS, a total of 2,413 middle and 2,014 high school students were surveyed for the selected sample. For the 2021 YTS, a total of 4,653 middle and high school students were sampled in the selected schools and there was no option for schools to voluntarily participate.
