Specifications include, but are not limited to: 3.1The contractor shall work closely with executive leadership at each requesting college to build aframework for executive and senior leadership development, coaching, and training programstailored for their respective college as a higher education institution with a focus on building highlyeffective leadership teams. Leadership development, coaching and training programs will focus onexecutive and senior level groups with the flexibility for other levels of leadership to participate asrequested by individual college executive leadership teams.3.2The contractor shall provide executive and senior leadership development programs, with electiveoptions to meet each requesting colleges’ specific needs and/or desires. Listed are examples oftarget leader competencies identified based on research conducted in 2020-2021 as part ofMCCCD’s Leadership Foundations Assessment Study.
