Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work to be performed under this contract consists of full depth reconstruction and widening of Rainbow Boulevard from Erie Avenue to Blue Diamond Road and re-striping of Rainbow Boulevard from Starr Avenue to Erie Avenue. Furthermore, this constract consists of pavement, type II aggregate, UTACS, milling, full depth median island, valley/cross gutters, sidewalk, sidewalk ramp, curb & gutter, adjustment of manholes and valves, manholes, removing and replacing pavement markings, street lights, ITS conduit, loop detectors, reinforced concrete pipe, reinforced concrete box, riprap, headwalls, drop inlets, traffic signs, guardrail, traffic signal modification, and other related items of work within the unincorporated area of Clark County, Nevada.
