Specifications include, but are not limited to: REPLACEMENT BOILER, COMPONENTS, CONVERSIONTO PROPANE, DECOMMISSION AND REMOVE OIL TANK. • Disconnect, remove and dispose of existing boiler • Installation of one floor mounted high efficiency 95” AFUE Lochivar night KHB 110P boiler and Lochivar square stainless indirect, potable water heater (40 gallon) or equivalent boiler that meets or exceeds specifications • Transition new furnace into existing duct work • Connect new furnace to all other existing and relevant systems • Perform factory start up and programming of system and test for proper operation of system. • Verify all connections are properly connected and secured and no leaks are present. • Labor to include: o Acquiring required permit with Town of New Durham o Removal of old unit and fees o Required Permit Fees • Removal of underground oil tank
